ACS Group. Summons has been issued for me. How do I get their address? They WOULD NOT give ANY information about themselves.

I spoke with several supervisors who promised to remove my phone number from their list, but was still called. Even after payment was posted, I was still called. Is this a crime involving harassment?

Received a text message from caller inviting me to a sexual dating website. Apparently was from yahoo messenger or something. The screen name that poped up on my cell was makenzier6a5g. He said that he was really shy, and that he had heard about me. It really scared me.
